For the entrée, just close your eyes and point, each dish will make your tongue smile. After treating yourself to such a fine meal, carry on my wayward son with the warm and rich chocolate soufflé.

El Avion: 2777.3728. A spacious eatery with an incredible view. Aptly named, a fighter plane from the 50s rests at the entrance. While it’s flying days are long gone, this plane has been turned into a close-quarters bar. Open until 2 am, after your meal you can keep that buzz going inside the fallen airplane.

Ronny’s Place: www.ronnysplace.com. Don’t be put off by the long winding dirt road or the confrontational cows, the bumpy ride is well worth it. At the top of the hill, you’ll find a great view and restaurant with a relaxed open shirt feel. Famous for their fruity sangria, the drink choice is up to you. For dinner order the whole red snapper. Expertly cooked and seasoned, even a vegan would devour this one.
